NNR (Nonthaburi Neighborhood Reach)

NNR is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to serving the Nonthaburi community and supporting local charities since 1994.

We publish a free monthly magazine, “Thani Talk,” that has a distribution of 1,400 copies. To view online, visit issuu.com/nnrthanitalk.  We also share updates and events through our Facebook page.

Currently, NNR supports the following 10 charities:

  • Nonthaburi Reception Home for the Destitute (“Home for the Destitute”),
  • Thanksgiving Home,
  • 1Step2Step,
  • Home for Hope,
  • Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities,
  • iCare Foundation (Kredtrakan Home for Girls),
  • iCare Foundation (Poomwaet Home for Boys),
  • Bumble Bee Free Library,
  • Sailom Project,
  • Sparrow Home

The NNR began as a support network for local expats in our international community. As such, we host monthly coffee mornings, an annual charity bazaar and organize monthly tours. There are no membership dues. All members of the Nonthaburi community are encouraged to attend all NNR social events and charity functions.
