Worth noting:

There are 3 main types of massage. Foot, oil and Thai.

• For a foot massage, you’re sitting in a chair or can lay on the floor if they’re in your own home. You keep all of your clothes on from the knees up though despite the name of the massage, they’ll also massage arms, shoulders, neck and head. 30, 60 or 90 minutes
• For an oil massage, you’ll take your clothes off and get a healthy dose of oil everywhere they massage. 60 or 90 minutes
• For Thai massage, you’ll keep your clothes on and you’ll be pushed, pulled and twisted, so you’ll want comfortable clothes. 60 or 90 minutes
